BIOGRAPHY

Arda Dagkilic is a Netherlands-based composer creating music for film, TV, and video games. His passion for music began at a young age through early piano training and developed into a focus on composition across a wide musical spectrum, including orchestral, chamber, big band, electronic, and hybrid styles. His work is always driven by emotion and storytelling, aiming to support and enhance narrative impact.

Having lived in Turkey, Germany, Kuwait, and the Netherlands, Arda draws on a broad range of cultural influences that subtly shape his sound and musical perspective, allowing him to adapt across genres while maintaining a strong emotional core.

His work includes original music for the weekly podcast series Unterbesetzt. In addition, he has created original compositions for films, series, commercials, games, and documentaries as part of his personal portfolio, including projects such as Wildlife Tales From Our Planet and There Was a Time.

He focuses on building long-term creative collaborations where music and storytelling are developed closely with filmmakers and creative teams.
